KPFA Program
Airs : 10:00 PM
Description: Go with the flow reggae music mix. Traditionally the program begins with the Bob Marley Roadblock, a live recording of Marley music because you know anywhere you went to see B.M. there was going to be a roadblock. Credits: Hosts: Spliff Skankin' & Javier About Spliff Reggae music is life to this talented spinmaster. Since the late 80’s, Spliff has been sharing his “go with the flow” reggae music mix with KPFA listeners. Spliff, along with DJ Doug Wendt, picked up the torch after the departure of Tony Moses, host of the longtime “Reggae Experience.” Renown on the club scene as a DJ and MC, he began at KPJC and has cruised the airwaves of KKUP and KZSU.
