Synopsis of Decipher's Wednsesday night show: "Holla Back!" Holla back is a show dedicated to explaining what happens when hip-hop becomes a basis for grass roots activism. Weekly, Holla Back will discuss issues facing our communities and shed light on the organizations that are working to better those situations. The show also features a mix of progressive and old school Hip-Hop music blended by 2 of DC's most accomplished DJs.
