Juneteenth, also known as "Emancipation Day," marks the end of chattel slavery in Texas (and effectively the United States). The KPFT Youth Collective (in Houston) has produced two modules, 6 and 9 minutes, which commemorate this historic event, 142 years later. Trackback(0)
