The President will address the nation tonight about his new strategy in Iraq. He will lay out a political, economic and militaristic plan and acknowledge some of the mistakes made. But instead of decreasing the use of the U.S. military like many Generals and public opinion polls have suggested, Bush is expected to order at least 20,000 more troops to Iraq.
