Although the authorities claim that Martin Luther King's 1968 assassination was the work of a lone gunman, in 1999 a civil trial jury in a wrongful death action brought by the King family found that Dr. King was assassinated by a number of conspirators including government agents. Our guest to describe the conspiracy is William F. Pepper, the attorney who represented the family of Martin Luther King in that action.
