US demanding the non-Kurdish Iraqi civilians disarm.. US triggering

Free Aceh Movement fighters.. US Supreme court today rejects
challenge to secret deportation hearings.

Dennis: US floated plans to turn Guantanamo into a death camp
with its own execution chamber.. now w Michael Ratner of the
Center for Constitutional Rights.. Michael: getting worse
and worse.. could be expected.. people will be brought before
military tribunal.. no attorneys.. in secret.. if convicted
by 2/3 of military judges, then they will be put to death..
maybe they will just take them out back of the courtroom and
shoot them.. they may be doing it already.. We have no way
of knowing.. we don't even know the names of the people held..
could US citizens be deported to Guantanamo Bay and then killed?..
we don't know.. millions of 'green card' holders eligible..
and all the president has to do is declare a US citizen or
legal immigrants as an 'enemy combatant' (a made up turn),
and then they can just make you disappear.. there is no precedent
for this.. really extraordinary - yanking people out of any
jurisdiction - open ended sentencing - make up the law as
you go along.. nothing like it in the last 400 years

in Iraq pose any health hazard.. now w Major Doug Rokke, Army
Reserve Major and Health Physicist in charge of DU cleanup
after the Gulf War.. about the British medical society blowing
the whistle, while the Pentagon claims no problem.. about
the Los Alamos memorandum.. SIMILAR 'GULF WAR' ILLNESSES SURFACING
IN PORTSMOUTH, OHIO; PUDUCAH, KENTUCKY; OAK RIDGE, TENNESSEE..

Dennis: the neocons in the administration mount hostilities
against Iran.. now w Professor Elaine Hagopian, of Simmons
College.. Prof. Hagopian: Iran has long been in the scope
of US concerns.. a Shia country, with a lot of oil.. supportive
of Syria.. even though Syria has been moving toward accommodating
US demands.. Iran leader cautioned Syria and Lebanon that
no action should be taken to antagonize the US or Israel..
the Shia of Iraq have a different perspective than the Shia
of Iran.. don't give clerics as much power as do the Shia
in Iran.. about US allegations of Al-Qaeda refugees hiding
in northern Iran.. Iran doesn't threaten the US.. although
they may be encouraging.. about Iran's nuclear program.. a
lot of countries around the world now are thinking about building
nukes to deter the US.. US trying to set up an Iranian exile
group (headed by the son of the former Shah of Iran) similar
to the 'Iraqi National Congress'.. neocons in government..
shaping policy.. recognize Israel, support Israel, obey Israel..
Jewish Institute for National Affairs.. speech 'the time for
diplomacy is over'.. the Israeli lobby.. will the US really
attack Iran?.. Prof Hagopian: I don't think so, but I think
they will try to destabilize Iran.. expect a popular uprising..
but will probably bring even more hardliners to power.. about
the 'Roadmap to Peace'.. about Sharon's *acceptance of the
Roadmap*, ie destruction, watering down, neutering of the
Roadmap.. Sharon's *acceptance of the Roadmap*, will make
sure that the Roadmap is killed once and for all..

Dennis: Israel building a 'security fence', in actuality a
25 foot concrete wall.. another excuse for stealing and occupying
Palestinian land.. the Middle East Children's Alliance has
constructed a replica wall.. now w Uda Walker of MECA.. Uda:
twice as high as the Berlin Wall.. guardtowers.. will keep
Pals out of Israel.. but also, in violation of international
law, the wall will steal more Pal land and encompass Israeli
settlements inside the wall.. Dennis: entire Palestinian villages
being destroyed.. other villages being cut off.. resources,
water, prime agricultural land being taken.. Uda: we have
to speak out against this wall.. the peace movement here hasn't
been talking about it.. THIS IS AN APARTHEID WALL.. on June
5th is International Action Day for Palestine.. come by our
