5:01 PM PST
The Knight Report: Suicide Bombers wound 40 in car bomb. Bush
critical of al-Jazeera News as it releases videotape of al-Qaeda
chief Osama bin Laden and his number two, Ayman al-Zawahiri
calling on Iraqis to "devour" their American occupiers,
warning that the real battle with the United States has yet
to begin."

Extending Tours of Duty: Dennis interviews Nancy Lessin &
Charlie Richardsen on Iraq. Military Families Speak Out :
Bush Doubles the money and occupation time for serviceman.
The $87B is not going to benefit either our country or the
serviceman's in Iraq. Those coming back from Iraq are adding
6 months or more. Morale is at an all time low - at the level
of an ants belly right now. People feel betrayed by a President
not telling the whole story. Reservist's families are feeling
betrayed as their loved ones are giving their sweat, money
and tragically all too often their lives while GW Bush is
just back from vacation. The families are saying: "Bring
Them Home Now." We ask that Congress listen to the Vietnam
Black Wall and make the decision that wasn't made in Vietnam
- block the funding now. Clearly the 'planning' for Iraq is
in total disarray. The way to fix the war is not more money,
it is to end the war and send the troops back now. We back
Maxine Water's in her stand - block the $87 Billion and encourage
other Congress people to follow her couragous lead.

Cornbluth, author and National Directory of the Security Archives:
The Pinochet Files and US Involvement in Chile: Impact of
our covert operations in Chile. 24,000 secret documents on
Chile declassified under Clinton. We now have the Kissinger
briefing papers given to Nixon urging opposing Allende. Revealing
documents allow us to sit in on CIA and high level decision
making on covert actions leading to the destablization and
overthrow of Chile. Henry Kissinger is really the CEO/CIA
director and planner of the atrocities Pinochet unleashed
in Chile.
