The Care and Feeding of Mainstream Media: Almost daily this country wakes up to find out about another lie G. W. Bush has told the country and the world, starting way back in November 2000 when he proclaimed "I won!", and continuing all the way to this morning, when we found out the turkey he so proudly served to the troops in Iraq was actually a prop. Joining Associate Producer Christopher Sprinkle to talk about this and the role of the media in these lies is Reese Erlich, a long-time award-winning journalist. media critic and co-author with Norman Solomon of the book Target Iraq, What the News Media Didn't Tell You.

Follow the Money: When we talk about Global Terrorism, what do we really mean? What is its evolution? Who funds it? Who profits from it? In a new book by Loretta Napoleoni, Modern Jihad, the author answers these questions. In her well-researched book, she shows not only how these so-called networks of terror operate, but how there is an interdependency between them and the West. She takes us from CIA Headquarters to some of the key smuggling routes of the Far East, from the back rooms of Wall Street to the Hawala exchanges in the Middle East. Dennis dicusses the intricate and involved linkages with the author.
