Update on Depleted Uranium and Troops Health: Doug Rokke, Army Reserve Major, joins Dennis to continue discussion in the ongoing investigation of the negative impacts of depleted uranuium being used on the battlefield by US troops currently in Iraq and Afghanistan. Doug Rokke started his military career in 1967 in Vietnam, and was later tasked in 1990 as a theater health physicist with the 3rd US Army Medical Command's Nuclear, Biological and Chemical Warfare Special Operations and Teaching Team. He was then reassigned to help supervise the cleanup of depleted uranium after the first Gulf War.
