Judi Bari Day: Audio from documentary Forest for the Trees.
In 1991, Earth First! organizer Judi Bari sued the FBI and
the Oakland police after they accused her of bombing her own
car and labeled her a terrorist. In June of 2002, Bari's estate
won a remarkable $4 million jury verdict against law enforcement
for their violations of the First and Fourth Amendments. The
Forest for the Trees traces the vision that propelled Bari's
case against law enforcement for more than a decade and the
drama of a trial that led to victory after Bari's death from
breast cancer in 1997.

Global Warming: Ross Gelbspan, Pulitzer Prize-winning author
of Boiling Point, which reveals how politicians, big oil and
coal, the media, and even activists have fueled the climate
crisis - and how we might still avert disaster.

Rising Waters: Audio from the documentary
about the drowning of Pacific island nations. For 7 million
people living on thousands of islands scattered across the
Pacific ocean, global warming is not something that looms
in the distant future: it's a threat whose first effects may
have already begun.
