"precision attacks" and US provocation of internal
conflict in Iraq that appears to be designed to create civil
war. Also described is the growing movement to hold leaders
accountable for war crimes in Iraq and Afghanistan in the
upcoming World Tribunal
on Iraq in Turkey.
