The Knight Report: Robert Knight
- A federal surveillance court has denied President George
W. Bush's requests for domestic espionage at a rate 200
times greater than for all previous Presidents;
- The FISA court is demanding answers from the Bush administration;
and
- Lawyers say Bush's espionage regime was used to get poisoned
evidence against their clients -- in violation of the First,
Fourth and Sixth Amendments to the U.S. Constitution.
