Former CIA-backed Hatian Death Squad Leader Arrested in New
York

Is the US harboring an international terrorist, trained and
supported by the CIA? The Center for Constitutional Rights
welcomed the arraignment of Emmanuel “Toto” Constant,
the former paramilitary leader of the paramilitary organization
known as FRAPH (translated as the Front for the Advancement
and Progress of Haiti) for grand larceny, forgery and falsifying
business records. The indictment accused Constant and five
co-defendants with helping to defraud SunTrust Bank of more

Palestinians in the US Protest Israel Ethnic Cleansing
Lara Kiswani and John Batarseh on the despicable murders of
civilians and the illegal destruction of Palestinian infrastructure
to collectively punish civilians under the brutal Israeli
invasion and occupation aimed at creating a deadly humanitarian
crisis.
Demonstrations are being held in Sacramento California, at
16th and J Streets on Tuesday, and in San
Francisco on Thursday, ahead of the Palestinian
Right of Return Coalition convention this coming weekend
(July 14 to 16)
