mocking the people they are supposed to protect; we'll get
an update from our special New Orleans correspondent Malik
Rahim, founder of the Common Ground Collective; the Federal
Court of Appeals agrees to hear two aspects of the case of
Mumia abu-Jamal which were previously ignored; and the Knight
