India's prime minister Atal Bahari Vajpayee returned to New Dehli today after a weekend of talks in London with British prime minister Tony Blair -- a key ally in George Bush's war on Iraq. Praful Bidwai is a syndicated columnist in India and an expert on strategic affairs.
