Senator Paul Wellstone’s son Mark remembered his father’s
favorite phrase to a crowd of over 20-thousand who crammed
into the Williams Arena at the University of Minnesota.

gave a fighting wave to the crowd as he walked to his seat

Some analysts have made comparisons in recent months between
the war in Vietnam and what they fear could happen if a new
war is launched on Iraq. And, along with references to Vietnam
come memories of the military draft, and the fear that it
could one day come back to haunt us.

economy in shambles... agency, from a new CD compilation entitled
"The Fire This Time."

Story: How Precise is Precision Warfare
The reality of what it's actually like on the battlefield
has been masked by euphemisms such as "collateral damage,"
and the use of so-called "smart bombs" has supposedly
led to fewer civilian casualties. But according to University
of New Hampshire Professor Mark Herrold, "precision warfare"
is a fallacy.
