The essence of Pacifica is volunteerism. Only a small percentage
of Pacifica staff are actually paid. The vast majority is
composed of volunteers who give of their time to keep Pacifica
going.
From volunteer programmers, to pledge takers during fund
drives, all contribute to the cause of community radio in
the Pacifica tradition.
